Marketplace Specialist
OM Digital Solutions is looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize our online marketplace channels. This role will be responsible for overseeing marketplace operations, optimizing product visibility and advertising performance, and driving revenue growth through data-driven strategies and operational excellence.

What you’ll do:
- Manage and maintain product catalogs, ensuring all listings are accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Oversee daily marketplace operations, including inventory monitoring and order management.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Conduct regular price validation to ensure competitiveness and compliance with pricing strategies.
- Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns to maximize visibility and return on investment.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales performance and implement strategic actions.
- Support and coordinate integrations between e-commerce platforms and marketplace channels, including Mirakl-based marketplaces.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce and/or online marketplace management, including platforms such as Amazon, BestBuy.com, and Target Plus.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Magento / Adobe Commerce) and marketplace integrations including tools such as M2E Pro, M2E Mirakl Connect, or similar middleware is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing and online advertising strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and analysis.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
