Junior Account Manager

OM Digital Solutions is looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our team in Sweden, supporting the NORTH region (Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland & Baltics). This role supports the sales team through strong retail engagement and partner management. You will contribute to the execution of sales strategies by building relationships in-store, driving product visibility, and delivering engaging product experiences.

This is a hybrid role combining account management with product engagement responsibilities, to ensure OM System has prominent visibility through our retail partners and they have the knowledge to proactively promote the OM System brand to end users. The role will report to the sales manager for NORTH.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners across the Nordic region
• Act as a key point of contact in-store, driving product engagement, brand presence and deliver staff training.
• Support sales growth by identifying opportunities and proactively engaging customers
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations, particularly within imaging and photography
• Collaborate with internal teams to align retail execution with broader sales objectives
• Provide feedback from the market to support continuous improvement

What You’ll Need

• Early career professional with experience in retail, sales, or account support
• Hands-on knowledge or strong interest in photography and imaging (preferred)
• Experience as a photographer or within a photography-related retail environment is a plus

• Highly motivated, organized, and proactive self-starter
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build partnerships in-store
• Innovative mindset with a “can-do” attitude
• Customer-focused with excellent engagement and communication skills
• Technical expertise is not a priority; passion for photography is key
• A passion for the outdoor lifestyle is considered an advantage
• Expectation to Travel throughout the region to visit customers and hold events.
• Valid Driving License
