Audio Pro Specialist

OM Digital Solutions is currently looking for an Audio Pro Specialist to join our team, who will manage of After-Sales support infrastructure for Audio Pro in EMEA.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitors and manages ticket queues daily to meet service level commitments. 
  • Respond to incoming customer requests via CRM System, phone, email and/or chat sessions/Web Ex Sessions. 
  • Follow-through and tracking to ensure escalated and active issues are researched and resolved in such a manner to meet or exceed customer expectations. 
  • Troubleshoot OM Digital Solutions Digital product issues. 
  • Troubleshoot OM Digital Solutions Software and installation in different operating system and network environments. (Windows, Mac), and VDI. 
  • Support the reporting, analysis and coordination of cross functional corrective actions pertaining to Audio S/W and Hardware.  
  • Assist R&D and engineering in the participation of support activities including hardware and software testing, Factory Acceptance Testing. 
  • Contribute to the improvement and development of maintenance systems and standards. 
  • Participate at the regional level in the rebuilding and maintaining of good client relations. 
  • Work with regional operations, including marketing and sales. 
  • Managing the open cases queue to make sure there isn't backlog.
