Sales Support

OM Digital Solutions is looking for a person for the Sales Support who will be responsible for the execution of operational activities and cooperation with business teams providing administrative support for Sales, Finance & operations Departments.

What you'll do:

• Perform varied administrative work in line with standard procedures or framework instructions and fulfill independently administrative tasks for Sales Support of B2B and B2C customers:

• Takeover of operational tasks:

• Create Sales Orders and E-shop Orders – update/cancel

• Create Credit note (cancel invoice, promotions, rebate agreements, returns, repair)

• Create Proforma Invoice

• Create return order

• Reporting activities (Blocked Delivery Notes, Blocked Invoices, Return Issue Log, Tracking of RMAs, B2C Backorders)

• Handle delivery claims (missing, shortage/additional quantity, damage) - report/monitoring

  Mediation of all satisfaction among Operations, Warehouse team, Sales, Finances and ERP/IT

• Perform other tasks according to the supervisor’s instructions

• Support activities across all regions, as needed

 

What you’ll need:

  • University degree/High School + work experience
  • Active knowledge of English
  • PC skills, user knowledge of office software (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
  • Pleasant demeanor
  • Communication skills
  • High professional commitment
  • Efficient assimilation of new knowledge
