Associate Specialist, Brand Partnerships and Events

OM Digital Solutions (OM SYSTEM) is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Specialist, Brand Partnerships and Events to support our growing marketing efforts as a digital imaging and outdoor brand across the Americas. You’ll be a vital part of our Sales & Marketing team, coordinating online education and consumer engagement initiatives while organizing and nurturing our network of brand ambassadors and professional photographers.
What you’ll do:
Partnership Outreach & Relationship Support:
- Oversee relationships with OM SYSTEM Ambassadors, coordinating projects and leveraging their expertise to educate consumers and boost brand presence.
- Act as the primary liaison for all ambassador events—handling promotion, logistics, and follow-ups through a cloud-based event management platform.
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve ambassador programs and elevate partner engagement.
- Identify and engage with professional photographers using OM SYSTEM cameras who could be a potential fit for the ambassador program in the future.
Event Support:
- Plan, coordinate, and co-host online events that foster consumer education and connection.
- Develop and implement training sessions for brand partners.
- Participate in tradeshow activations and field events as needed to represent OM SYSTEM.
- Track and analyze event performance, sharing outcomes with internal teams to optimize future initiatives.
General:
- Contribute to cross-functional marketing and sales projects as assigned.
- Maintain accurate and insightful reporting to support continuous improvement.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- A talent for building meaningful connections and fostering trust with internal teams and external partners.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in event planning, customer engagement, or brand partnerships is highly valued.
- General marketing knowledge and an understanding of brand awareness strategies.
- Background in photography and/or knowledge of consumer electronics is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
