Senior B2C Manager

OM Digital Solutions is looking for a or a data-driven and results-oriented Senior B2C Manager to lead and expand our OM SYSTEM e-commerce store, Amazon, and other B2C marketplaces. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives, optimizing digital advertising efforts, and managing a team to drive revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

 

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of three marketing professionals.
  • Drive B2C sales performance by guiding direct reports toward achieving objectives.
  • Maintain effective staffing utilization, assess project needs, and balance workload distribution.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide professional development opportunities for the team.

 

B2C Strategy Development & Implementation:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2C strategies for the assigned product portfolio.
  • Define and implement the optimal marketing mix across digital platforms to reach target audiences.
  • Conduct strategic analysis of B2C sales trends and competitive activities.
  • Review and adjust strategy execution on a daily basis to optimize performance.

 

E-Commerce Management:

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies in collaboration with the Director of Marketing & Product Management.
  • Create and manage a monthly and annual online store business plan, including financial forecasting, budgeting, and inventory control.
  • Apply business acumen to enhance e-commerce operations and drive sales growth.
  • Oversee external vendors to optimize the performance of the e-commerce platform.
  • Work with Customer Service and Support teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.
  • Evaluate and analyze e-commerce performance on a monthly basis.

 

Digital Marketing Campaigns:

  • Coordinate and deploy digital marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Bing, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more to drive online sales.
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and resolve performance issues in digital campaigns, leveraging data-driven decision-making.
  • Align campaign goals with regional business objectives and marketing KPIs.
  • Optimize budget allocation to maximize the impact of digital marketing activities.
  • Provide detailed performance reporting on all digital marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

 

Marketplace Management:

  • Collaborate with marketplace partners to maximize sales across platforms such as Amazon and other B2C marketplaces.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels at Amazon and other marketplaces to ensure sales opportunities are not missed.
  • Oversee daily performance reports and sales analytics.
  • Manage and update Amazon brand pages and product catalogs.
  • Work with the marketing team to execute marketplace-specific marketing initiatives.
  • Manage Amazon advertising and promotional strategies to drive visibility and sales.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, e-commerce, or digital marketing; experience in consumer electronics is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, public speaking, and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, etc.).
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
