B2B Sales Manager

OM Digital Solutions is looking for a driven and strategic B2B Sales Manager to join our team. This role focuses on building and expanding our B2B sales pipeline across Europe, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong client relationships to drive sustainable revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within relevant industries.
  • Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to stay ahead of industry trends and customer needs.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Drive European-wide sales and establish the company’s market presence.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to strengthen sales strategies.
  • Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and report performance metrics.

 

What you’ll need:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technical or professional equipment industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to sell complex technical products.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in international sales and working across multiple markets - experience working with EMEA, US, or Japan would be an advantage.
  • High proficiency in data-driven sales strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in German and English; additional European languages are an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
