Business Operations Coordinator EMEA

OM Digital Solutions is currently looking for a Business Operations Coordinator EMEA to join our team. In this role, you will be providing administrative support for Sales and Marketing function.

What you’ll do:

  • Perform varied administrative work in line with standard procedures or framework instructions and fulfil independently administrative tasks for Sales and Marketing function within designated region
  • Takeover of remaining, operative tasks (backlog handling, redistribution, order monitoring, corrective bookings, open claims handling, dunning and ageing follow up, etc.)
  • Mediation of all satisfaction between Sales and Marketing function and communication with SaSu team (Order management and EDI orders, wrong prices, Credit/Debit Notes)
  • Takeover of problem cases that cannot be clarified at SaSu (authorization of returns, communication / support in case of customer complaints)
  • Customer contact / communication (appointment requests, clarification of service escalation cases, Authorization of Returns.)
  • Preparation of compensation payments (compensation of stock value)
  • Contract management (annual agreements, etc.)
  • Representation / assumption of all operative tasks in connection with order processing within designated region (Customer master data, local prices, items discontinued, conditions,)
  • Perform other tasks according to the supervisor’s instructions
  • E-shop administrative support (receipts, invoices, discounts verification, clarification of escalation cases)
  • Credit limit management
  • Takeover and support activities across all regions where needed

 

What you’ll need:

  • University degree/secondary education + work experience
  • Active knowledge of English and French
  • PC skills, user knowledge of office software (MS Office, Outlook, etc.)
  • Pleasant demeanor
